Asian Pork Recipe Tips
- I like to place my marinade into a 9×13 baking dish or a Gallon sized zip-top bag as it makes it easy to evenly distribute the marinade over the pork chops and also gives an easier clean-up.
- The amount of time needed to cook your pork chops will depend almost exclusively on the thickness of your pork chops. Bone-in chops usually take a little longer to cook through and thinner chops will cook faster than thicker ones so make sure to pay attention to the internal temperature for food safety reasons.
- After you are done cooking your Asian pork chops in the hot pan, use it to saute your veggies. This is so that they can soak up that flavorful pork chop marinade.
