How do you farm prime resurgence? ›

Regal Aya is an in-game currency which can only be bought with real-world money. It is used to purchase Prime items during Prime Resurgence. They can be purchased on the Official Warframe Website (requires login) in packs of various quantities.

Acquisition. Excalibur Prime was only obtainable by upgrading a Warframe account to Founders status of Hunter or greater, which is no longer available. He came with his own Warframe slot and was already augmented with an Orokin Reactor.

Regal Aya is premium currency only purchasable from official Shop (similarly to Plat or Prime Access). There is no other way to get it and you can't trade platinum to get Regal Aya.

You pretty much answered your own question - she's vaulted, therefor, she's unobtainable in any way, except trading. Her prices will plummet when she's unvaulted.

Warframe Prime Resurgence event, explained

During this event, all the vaulted Relics could be acquired on a two-week rotational basis from November 2021 to January 2022. The current persistent Prime Resurgence system in Warframe, operational since September 2022, metes out the same rewards in monthly rotations.

Void Traces are primarily obtained by collecting Reactant in Void Fissure missions, which drops from Corrupted enemies, awarding 6-30 Void Traces upon collection of the 10th Reactant. Players are not required to have a Void Relic equipped to obtain Traces.

Complete Void Fissure Missions to acquire Prime Blueprints from Void Relics and collect the necessary Resources to construct them in your Foundry. Use the Foundry aboard your Orbiter to combine Prime Blueprints and components to build Prime Warframes, Prime Weapons, Prime Sentinels and more.

In order to obtain Rubico Prime one must open a variety of relics that contain the Receiver, Barrel, Stock, and Blueprint in order to make it at the foundry.
